My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Although the rooms were initially damp with heating issues, the spacious layout and clean bathroom made up for it. The hotel lacked Wi-Fi signal inside the rooms but offered a full 4G signal outside the front door. The location was great for accessing Exeter City Centre but lacked some essential amenities.

Initially felt and smelled a bit damp, but the bathroom was very clean with a perfect shower. Swapped rooms after the first night due to heating issues.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were fantastic, very clean, and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The caring staff even helped me prepare a breakfast tray for my husband when he was recovering in the room. The room consisted of a double bed and two singles, perfect for the little ones.

My stay at the Premier Inn was quite pleasant overall. The room was clean and comfortable, meeting the usual Premier Inn standards, but the faint odor of Doritos left by previous occupants was a downside considering the room cost of £100. The location, just off the motorway, was convenient for breaking up a long drive, and the nearby amenities like Starbucks and Dominos were handy. The dining experience was enjoyable with a buffet-style breakfast, and I would consider staying again.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean but had some issues with temperature control, and there was noise from upstairs. The location was convenient off the M5 but there are better options nearby. The dining experience offered a good choice and the separate restaurant was a nice touch, though there were some drawbacks. Overall, it was a decent stay for the price paid.

Despite an early check-in and a clean and tidy room, the fixed windows made it a bit stuffy at times. The air conditioning turned off during the night, which was a downside. The cost of £100 for the room only seemed reasonable.
Rooms
7.0
The room was really tidy and clean, but the air conditioning had turned itself off during the night. The fixed windows made ventilation a bit challenging.
Service
7.0
The service was good, with an early check-in provided even though I was given the furthest room possible.
Location
8.0
The location was convenient, just off the M5 junction 29, close to amenities, the motorway, and the airport for collecting family en-route to Cornwall.
Dining

The breakfast provided at Brewers Fayre was buffet-style, but it was a bit chaotic during the school holidays.
Facilities

The hotel is close to Park and Ride into Exeter, and there are eateries like Dominos and Subway nearby.
